Sinomarin Ear Care Adults is a 100% natural ear cleansing spray. It is a hypertonic sea water solution (2.3% NaCl) that cleanses the ear canal by washing away dirt and ear wax and breaking-up its components. Through regular use, it helps prevent accumulation of ear wax and ensures good ear hygiene.
Sinomarin Ear Care Adults can be used alone or together with cerumenolytic agents.

Do not use in cases of: previous ear surgery: if the tympanic membrane is not intact, anatomic abnormalities of the ear canal that may trap water, ear infection, mucus discharge, foreign body in ear, Meniere’s syndrome, any form of dizziness, vertigo, history of ear problems.
Severely impacted ear wax should be removed by a physician prior to using Sinomarin Ear Care Adults.
